First off, our thoughts go out to those of you who were affected by Hurricane Irene and its aftermath. This was a difficult time for many residents of the East and hopefully you all stayed safe and were able to get through this natural disaster.

Post Reunion Get Together

Soccer Star Sightings in NJ!
Linda Swickle's daughter Athena started her freshman year at Montclair State University this fall and has these photos to share....
Yes, this is Athena with David Beckham! The LA Galaxy soccer team was practicing on the Montclair soccer pitch while in the area to face the NY Red Bulls.
Another LA Galaxy player, Todd Dunivant joins Athena in this photo.

It's football season and our own T-Bird Joe Fagan has some news to pass along:
Below is Junior defensive end Jack Fagan (#59) with the MVP Award. Delaware Valley High School (Pennsylvania) beat the Island Coast Florida team (which was ranked #330 in the country) by the score of 24-14 over the Labor Day weekend at Disney's ESPN Field in Orlando, Florida.
Jack arrived back home to receive his first recruiting letters from the head football coaches at Bucknell and Harvard.
Congratulations and continued success, Jack!

In Memoriam
This blog is dedicated to the memory of classmate David McDonald who passed away in March of this year. A memorial service was held on May 21 in Plano, Texas. We will remember David as a great guy and awesome cross country runner.
May you rest in peace.....
